SOL, a family-owned company based in Finland, has acquired Asteri Facility Solutions AB. With 14,000 employees and an annual turnover of SEK 4 billion, SOL is one of the Nordic region’s leading companies in Facility Services, providing cleaning and related service concepts for businesses and public environments in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and the Baltics.
Asteri boasts a strong customer portfolio in soft facility management, offering services across Sweden with a primary focus on Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. In 2024, the company reported a turnover of approximately SEK 266 million and employed around 700 people.
