Nixu Corporation (NIXU: HE) continues to strengthen its position in Sweden through the acquisition of Safeside Solutions AB. Nixu Corporation buys 100% of the shares in Safeside Solutions AB by the company’s founder Niklas Chachalatos, Mårten Möller and Mats Lindgren. Safeside founders and their team will be part of Nixu’s growing team of cybersecurity experts.
Safeside Solutions AB is a Stockholm-based consulting company in information security with 15 employees. Nixu Corporation is a cybersecurity company in Corporate IT, Digital Business and Industrial Internet, with offices in Helsinki, Amsterdam, Stockholm and Uppsala.
