R&D Spandex has acquired Schneidler Grafiska

Schneidler Graphic with headquarters in Stockholm is a leading supplier to the graphic industry in Scandinavia. Through a transaction led by Skarpa, the sign and display operations are sold to R & D Spandex, headquartered in Switzerland. R & D Spandex is owned by the French private equity fund, Checkers Capital.

Schneidler Grafiskas extends back to the 17th century, but the current owner has run the company since the 1890s. The operations of Schneidler Grafiska AB are divided into two parts where offset, volume and industrial pressure are transferred to Edvard Schneidler AB. Schneidler Grafiska AB and Schneidler Norge AS with a remaining sales volume of approximately MSEK 170 are sold to R & D Spandex AB.

Through the deal, the best conditions for continued development of the respective business areas are given. Edvard Schneidler AB starts operations on July 1, and R & D Spandex took over Schneidler Grafiska AB and Schneidler Norge AS on August 1.
