International doping tests & Management AB (IDTM) with subsidiaries in Australia, the United States and South Africa, acquires new majority shareholders represented by Erik Johannesson.
The new owners acquirers 75% of the company and the current owner remain as an 25% owner. IDTM sells around 52 MSEK and conducts test programs all over the world in sports betting for the international Olympic sport, professional sports leagues and sports competitions.
Skarpa has been financial adviser to the seller.
