Automation The West Group consists of the operating companies Automation West Engineering AB and Automation West Elteknik AB. Eurocon acquires both the operating companies through an acquisition of all shares in Automation West Engineering AB from the parent company Automation West AB.
The companies were founded in 2003 and currently have 21 employees and have a turnover of SEK 25 million. The companies possess high competence and have extensive experience in various industries and processes in the automation area.

The transaction was completed 2013-10-02.
