Scandistandard has acquired, through Kronfågel, the Swedish and organic-certified chicken producer Bosarpskyckling AB.
Bosarpskyckling AB is the leading producer of organic broilers. Founded in 1999 by Bridget and Claes Alwén Bosarp farm in Skåne.
The transaction team was led by Fredrik Olsson.
