Indutrade (SSE:INDT) has as of December 12, 2014 acquired all shares of Iris Hjälpmedel AB from Karnell’s fund K3. The company will be part of Indutrade’s Industrial Components Division.
Iris Hjälpmedel is a distributor and retailer that supplies a wide range of aids and appliances in vision, cognition and communication. Skarpa acted as advisor and project manager to the seller.
The divestment team was led by Jesper Wigelius.
