ALLIANCE+ AB, one of Sweden’s and Denmark’s largest operators in the service industry, has acquired Express Gruppen AB. The Express Group, with operations mainly in Stockholm, was founded in 1998 and has since had a fantastic development.

The company currently has around MSEK 117 in revenue with approximately 400 employees. The reason for the sale is that the Express Gruppen AB can continue to develop strongly in the Swedish market.
ALLIANCE+ is one of Scandinavia’s leading players in the service industry with customers in both public and private operations.
The company is owned by the Danish capital fund Polaris Private Equity. ALLIANCE+ offers a wide range of facility management services and has nationwide operations. With the acquisition of Express Gruppen AB, ALLIANCE+ AB further strengthens its operations in the Stockholm area and represents a step towards continued expansion in the Scandinavian markets.
