Skarpa, on behalf of the independent board members, has provided its Fairness Opinion on the public offer from Making Science Group SA. The board of United Communications Partner Inc. considered the offer to be fair from a financial perspective for the company’s shareholders, and this opinion is also based on and supported by a so-called Fairness Opinion conducted by Skarpa.
