ProFlute and SAT has been acquired by Munters

Munters has through its subsidiary ProComponent acquired ProFlute AB in Sweden as well as SAT Air Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd. in China

ProFlute with factory in Örbyhus manufactures blocks of rotor material and rotors for dehumidification equipment. SAT with factory in Jiangyin mainly manufactures rotors for dehumidification equipment.

Munters , through the acquisition, will make an effort to develop the market for components for dehumidification equipment. Munters has been owned by Nordic Capital Fund VII.

Sharp has helped the parties to structure and project the transaction.
