Lindvallen Restaurants AB has completed an MBO

Lindvallen Restaurants has completed a management buyout through Skarpa.

The transaction was conducted in October, where a minority owner divested his entire holding and that former owner and CEO Anders Sessler reduced its ownership in the company.

Former minority owners Anders Nilsson and Stefan Törnberg currently own the majority of the company’s shares. In connection with the transaction, Anders Nilsson takes over the role of the company’s CEO.

Sharply assisted the owners through Erik Geijer and Magnus Lövdén in structuring, financing and project management of the transaction.
