On the 31st of August 2015, Evolver Investment Group acquired Creovent AB. Creovent was founded in 2001 and is one of the Stockholm region’s leading providers of complete HVAC installations.
With the addition of Creovent to Evolvers umbrella of installation companies, the combined turnover exceeds half a billion SEK. Skarpa acted as advisor to the seller.
The divestment team was led by Jesper Wigelius.
