Skarpa acted as advisor to the sellers in connection with the sale of Kungsbacka Oljecenter AB.
The company supplies fuel and energy products to businesses through its own tanker trucks. Kungsbacka Oljecenter is also a full-service provider of leased tanks, offering level monitoring systems, pumps, tank cleaning, and tank inspections. The company generates annual revenues of approximately SEK 150 million.
