Norwegian investor FSN Capital IV has acquired five high-quality technical installation companies and formed Instalco – a new player in the Swedish technical installation market. The team from CDI GLOBAL Sweden acted as transaction advisor to the owners of Klimatrör.
The divestment team was led by Jesper Wigelius.
