PropTech Energy continues to expand its footprint through the acquisition of Gothenburg-based APS Drift och Underh\u00e5ll \u2013 a well-respected company with a strong local presence and extensive experience in technical property management, service, and maintenance.
With this acquisition, the companies become an even stronger partner for property owners in the region.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2004, APS has built a locally leading and stable business with clear values and long-term customer relationships at its core. The acquisition is part of a planned generational transition, where the current management team gains a strong partner and support to continue developing the company with a new majority owner by their side.
The founders will remain involved in part of the journey ahead but will gradually hand over leadership to the next generation. The transition is taking place at a time when the company is strong and well-positioned for its next phase of development.<\/p>\n
