Knowit AB has acquired 100% of Milso AB, a consulting and service company offering expertise in technology, management, and IT, with a focus on clients within the defense sector. Knowit has for many years been a central player in both military and civil defense, working closely with the Swedish Armed Forces, FMV (Swedish Defence Materiel Administration), and the defense industry. This acquisition further strengthens Knowit\u2019s position in the sector. Knowit and Milso already share some clients, and the merger provides an opportunity to deepen these partnerships while enabling the joint organization to take on larger and more complex assignments.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of Milso AB is expected to be completed during the third quarter. During the autumn, Milso’s operations will be integrated with Knowit\u2019s other businesses serving clients in the defense sector.<\/p>\n
