The profiling has been handled by Markis City\u2019s subsidiary Dandy Dots. Both companies are headquartered in Nyn\u00e4shamn and employ 18 employees.<\/p>\n<p>Markis City Service and Dandy Dots have consolidated net sales of ca. 65 MSEK (54 MSEK) and EBT of 6 MSEK for the split financial year 18\/19 (preliminary outcome ending 31\/8). The consolidated sales growth rises 20% above last financial year.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition will be a part of Teqnion\u2019s business area Niche.
